What to Expect When We Arrive

Booking is the easy part. On the day of your appointment, our mobile unit arrives at the address you provided with everything needed to complete the service on site. If you have water and power available, great — we'll use them. If not, we bring our own. Just let us know when you book so we come prepared.

We need enough space to safely work around the vehicle and, for exterior services, a location where overspray and runoff won't be an issue (avoiding tight underground garages or crowded apartment carports when possible). For gated communities, a gate or access code in your booking notes saves time. If parking is tight or access is unusual, a quick note lets us plan accordingly.

Most details take one to several hours depending on the package and vehicle size. You're free to go about your day — we'll text or call when the detail is complete and your vehicle is ready.

Service Radius & Travel

Our standard service radius is about 30 miles from Richmond. Appointments inside that radius carry no travel fee — the price you see when booking is the price you pay.

For locations beyond 30 miles, a flat $50 travel fee applies. This covers the extra time and fuel to bring the full mobile setup to you. There are no hidden fees and no surprises. The radius and travel policy is the same whether you book a Standard Spa package or a full multi-stage correction.
